***New GTC Regulations*** 29 Jun 2009
New regulations come into force on the 1 September 2009 that require all Overseas Trained Teachers (OTT) and Instructors employed in maintained schools or non-maintained special schools in England to be provisionally registered with the GTC. As a service provider who may place both OTTs and Instructors in schools you need to be aware of these new regulations. Please ensure that any OTTs or Instructors you place in schools after 1 September 2009 are provisionally registered with the GTC.
