Teachers UK are currently looking to recruit a science teacher to work on a full time basis in an academy in the heart of Mansfield. This position is to start after the half term break and will be for the rest of the academic year, possibly longer if needed.
If successful in this role you will be responsible for the planning, marking and the preparation of lessons and would be expected to conduct lessons that are in accordance with the schools expectations.The ideal candidate will have experience teaching biology up to GCSE, potentially A-Level.
In order to be considered for this post, you will need to:
- Hold QTS or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualifications
- Have a good knowledge of the current National Curriculum
- Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour and always strive to get the best out of your students.
- Have knowledge of Biology
