Teachers UK are currently seeking for an experienced Science Teacher, to work full time at a great school in the Gainsborugh area.

This role is to start in September 2019 and will be for the full academic year, with the vision for you to become a permanent teacher at the school if you wanted too.

If successful in this role you will be responsible for planning, marking and the preparation of lessons and would be expected to conduct lessons that are in accordance with the schools and Ofsted's expectations.The ideal teacher will have experience teaching all areas of science and have good behaviour management skills, making you versatile and able to deal with pupils of all abilities.

In order to be considered for this post, you will need to:

  • Hold QTS, QTLS or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualifications
  • Have a good knowledge of the current National Curriculum
  • Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour and always strive to get the best out of your students.
  • Have knowledge of all 3 science areas (Biology, Chemistry and Physics)
