Are you an experienced Site Joiner and looking to teach the next generation? Then look no further as we have a new and exciting opportunity to work with in one of the leading FE Colleges in your area.

This is a full time and contracted position (although this may be permanent to the right candidate), so you will be expected to plan and deliver both theory and practical lessons. You will also mark and assess your students work.

Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:

·Hold a recognised Joinery qualification.

·Hold a recognised Level 3, or above, teaching qualification and you will also hold a recognised Assessors Award.

·Experience of teaching Site Joinery up to level 3 in a classroom setting.

·Have knowledge and understanding of the current curriculum.

·Competent IT skills for maintaining and updating student portfolios.

·A current DBS dated within 12 months or on the Update Service.

·Be available for an interview and observed lesson prior to appointment
