Apprentice Resourcer

As an apprentice Resourcer you will be guided in your learning by a senior member of the recruitment team helping develop your skills and industry knowledge.

Due to the nature of the apprenticeship full training and support will be provided over the 12 month course with the possibility to move on afterwards to a full time position within the company.

Your day to day duties can include:

  • Searching for candidates through adverts and CV databases
  • Spell checking and posting job adverts on job boards
  • Contacting candidates, arranging interviews, adding new candidates on to the company database.
  • Working towards key performance indicators and targets
  • Supporting senior members of the team
  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages and dealing with appropriately
  • Any other duties as directed in relation to the job role.

As an apprentice you will gain not only a national recognised qualification you will also gain valuable experience working with in the industry.
