Salary- Negotiable dependant on experience

Reporting to: Senior Manager

JOB SPECIFICATION

Service Administration 

• Develop an understanding of the variety of support needed for all schools and staff in schools across the East Midlands
• Be compassionate towards the aims and achievements of the staff and schools you support- Creating Learning Capacity in the Classroom 
• Be confident on the phone to call staff, schools, recruit new staff and offer a full efficient service.
• Support Consultants with their weekly, monthly, annual and team targets.
• Work towards personal targets to achieve Team Bonus.
• Be responsible for regularly updating and maintaining your client records to support compliancy.
• Be responsible for ensuring that the full process of the contracts is actioned including management of timesheets for the client.
• Deliver all aspects of recruitment; advertising, social media, applicant sorting and compliance support.
• Work continuously to identify and anticipate the candidate cycle required in your team.
• Maintain, develop and build our database.
