My Interview


Contact our East Midlands office for an initial discussion or email them your CV and they will contact you within 48 hours.


An interview will be arrange for you with one of our specialist education consultant from our East Midlands office. This meeting will last between 30 minutes to an hour and will involve a discussion about your experience/knowledge along with what your requirements are so we can establish your needs, in order to match you to appropriate roles. You will be sent all the relevant information via email to confirm the details and a list of documents that you will need to provide.


Please provide the following documents so we can clear you for work:

  • Photo ID: ideally a valid passport but if not then a valid Driving Licence together with a birth certificate. If you have no photo ID, then call an advisor.
  • Proof of name change if applicable (i.e. marriage certificate, civil partnership certificate, adoption certificate, deed poll document).
  • A passport sized photograph (can be taken during interview if necessary).
  • Certificates of relevant qualifications – Teaching Qualifications or Early Years Practitioners etc.
  • Proof of your National Insurance Number (i.e. P60, P45, correspondence from HMRC or letter from Job Centre).
  • Two different letters of proof of address – i.e. a utility bill or bank statement (dated within the past 3 months).
  • Details of 2 referees.
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure (if you have more than one please bring all of them with you). If you do not have a DBS Disclosure you will need to pay for a new one which can be arranged via us which you can pay using a bank card during registration or a BACS transfer afterwards. The cost of an enhanced DBS Disclosure is £47.57
  • Entry Clearance Visa/Work Permit if applicable.
