Our very own survey results

The coronavirus pandemic has had a major impact on everyone’s lives but especially for all pupils/students and those who work in education.

As we slowly move from lockdown, plans are underway to open schools to all pupils in September. As an education recruitment agency we were interested to find out how classroom staff felt about returning to face to face teaching, what would make them feel safer, as well as their thoughts on the attainment gap, that the lockdown has widened.

The survey was developed by Operam Education Group in conjunction with Success for All UK, an international education intervention charity, which seeks to bridge the academic attainment gap.
